Dave Barry is President of Ironstate Development Company, a Hoboken based real estate development company. The company owns and manages thousands of residential units throughout the New York/New Jersey region and currently has approximately $1 billion in development. Some recent projects developed under Mr. Barry’s supervision include Columbus Towers in Jersey City; the Shipyard and W Hotel in Hoboken; Harrison Commons in Harrison and Pier Village in Long Branch. Mr. Barry received his B.A. from Columbia University, 1987, where he continues to be a major supporter of the wrestling program. While at Columbia, he was captain of his wrestling team, a first-team All Ivy member and a 2x EIWA place winner. He currently serves as a board member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and he is Greco-Roman Team Leader for USA Wrestling for the 2012 Olympics. He is also the chairman of Edge Hoboken Wrestling Club.
