NYC takes 7th place at Aggie Duals
A NYC dual team went 2-2 and took 7th place at the Aggie Duals at Deleware Valley College in Doylestown, PA.
The team was comprised of wrestlers from Msgr Farrell, Curtis, Xavier and Grand Street. The team defeated Central Bucks East and New Hope HS both of PA. The team was defeated by NJ powerhouses Phillipsburg and South Plainfield.
Ben Villaret (farrell - 152) and James Holden (curtis - 160 and 171) both were a perfect 4-0 on the day. Villaret scored a 4-3 decision of a NJ state placewinner from Phillipsburg. Andrew Murano (xavier 145) and Victor Maldando (Grand Street - 140) and Christian Psomas (farrell - 189) all went 3-1 on the day. Also competing for the team were Chris Amendola, Paul DiStefano, Paul Schiandicola, Paul Hartnett, Rob Zyko, Will Wilson, Joe Francolino, and Rrok Ndojak.
