Justin is responsible for development, communications, and internal operations. He graduated from Binghamton University with degrees in Psychology and Management (Finance Concentration), and was a captain of the wrestling team for two years. He served three years on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, two as President and one as the Executive Director. Justin also worked as a Resident Assistant for two years on campus.

Post-college, Justin worked on a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) installation in Broome County and in business development for Red Barn Technology Group before moving to the New York City to pursue an acting career. He became involved with Beat the Streets in mid-2010 as a photographer, coach, and grantwriter and then served part-time as Manager of Communications prior to coming on full-time in August, 2011.

He finds time to wrestle when his schedule and body permits.
