9:00 AM – Coaches begin entering their teams on line by going to www.beat-the-streets.org and clicking on the appropriate registration link. – Mike Cigala

Thursday, May 15

8:00 PM – Deadline for coaches to register athletes and update previous entries . NO NEW WRESTLERS MAY BE ENTERED AFTER THIS DEADLINE. – Mike Cigala

Friday, May 16

9:00 AM – Mats picked up at PSAL Warehouse - Ron Clinton, Ryan Cooley

10:00 PM – Final Entries are certified – Mike Cigala, Vinnie Russo

12:00 PM - (approximate) – Mats delivered to Armory - Ron Clinton, Ryan Cooley

12:30 PM – BTSW Staff Meeting at Armory – Mike Cigala, Bill Crum

1:00 PM - (approximate) – Tables, chairs and other supplies and equipment delivered to Armory - Bill Crum, Vinnie Russo

6:00 PM – Key Staff arrive at Armory for meeting and walkthrough - Bill Crum
